A typical poker game involves a deck of 52 cards and poker chips. Each player “buys in” by buying a specific number of chips. Typically, the lowest-valued white chip is worth the minimum ante or bet; a red chip is worth five whites; and a blue chip is worth 10 whites. The dealer usually shuffles and cuts the deck several times before dealing each hand.<\/p>\n
